Weight wise the GSR cranks is lighter, but the ITR crank has less viberation at high rpms versus the GSR crank. Which why the ITR crank has more counter weights.

Here is also another thing to think about. If you are going to use GSR rods with an ITR crank you will not be able to use the honda bearing chart. I don't know if this applies to aftermarket rods but maybe someone else does.
