Homemadeturbo.com it'll be phsyco fast and you can do it for under 1000 if your careful.

:EDIT: oops i didn't read he had it apart

:EDIT2: Doh i didn't see he said all motor
I think you should get hi comp. pistons, sleeves, and port and polish.

hey man...go to the new NA section. They have a HUGE post on all motor LS's...some of those things are sick as hell. One guy has an all motor LS thats in the 12's in a daily driven car. I say that you keep the stock bore and throw in some CTR pistons and get a GSR girdle then leave the block alone. Get a portflow head(to your specs) and some crower 404's...if you dont mind a crazy idle then get the crane #20's. Let me tell ya...there is no better sound than a cam'd LS...its just plain scary. Then i would get a skunk2 IM and of course a good i/h/e. Then tune it with hondata with a 8krpm redline. Should be making high 170s to low 180's and high 130s to 140s ft/lbs. That SHOULD have you in the 12's easily with a lightened HF on slicks....daily driven...all motor....NON VTEC BABY!!! lol That would be a sick *** engine. Check out that post....its very informative. Good luck and enjoy the non vtec power.

Sean
