Default Check engine and ATTS light, wtf...............

I was driving bake to work from lunch and the cars check engine light and ATTS light both came on at the same time. Has anyone ever had this happen before?? My car has 80,000 miles on it and is babied beyond belief, it hasn't seen VTEC in about a month. I haven't reset the ECU or check anyone of the fuses yet.

Both ATTS and CEL doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong with the ATTS. Mine just came on last week, hooked up the scan tool and it is my O2 sensor. You need to borrow a scan tool or jump the ECU to find out what is wrong, other than that I don't think I can give you any other advice.

P.S.- reseting the ecu will make the light go away but not the problem

and it will erase whatever code you had so you will never know what caused it to come on
