Max rev kit fitament (spl) on D series
Any issues with the kit on D series. I know about the block shaving for the B series. Do the D's have this prob or is it all good.
i had to shave my block a little bit. it wasnt so much that you had to shave it to fit but the turbo sat right on the block and i didnt want that vibrating on the block at all. i was thinking that it might have cracked the housing.
I highly suggest a test fit with the mani, turbo, DP, I/C, and pipes before you start the whole install.
the only thing that kinda slowed me down was shaving the block and that the DP was too long so had to alter my test pipe.
other than that the kit is top notch
well, just one thing that pissed me off.......................the BOV never worked for me. i had to buy another one (HKS SS)

No cutting as far as the block, manifold or downpipe.
Had to custom mount the intercooler and pipes but no big deal.
