nope, BIGGER RIMS, like 18's or 19's (way too big). Also the car had dark *** tint

While I don't condone street racing, just racing to the top of second is still within speed limits most places.

At least he shut it off there and didn't go to the top of third.

I think all of us have had a second gear race at least once in our lives.

ahh the voice of reason. Thanks man. I hate how people say street race this and that but MOST (yeah I put MOST) people have done it aleast once in their lives. When you see a stunna in a hatchback revving up and calling you out, you gonna tell me your gonna trickle off the line?? Sure...... I'm don't race in populated areas and even before 11pm (too dangerous). So for all the people commenting about street racing number 1 top of second, 2 unpopulated area, 3 12am at night.

I keep my speed contests on the track/autocross course. The only reason you call him 'the voice of reason' is because he agrees with you.

I have no desire to show off excessive stupidity on the street so i can shout "hey look my dick is bigger!" at the rest of the world by street racing.

Ordinarily i'd just say "well darwin is watching" but the problem herein lies in that most street racing incidents end up involving innocent persons getting hurt.

Local ECHC racer is out for the entire year because he got hit by some ******** street racing and how his back is all fugged up.

Something to think about.

Aside from the fact it had nothing to do with the thread, to expect someone who owns a 'performance' intended automobile to drive it like a grandmother all the time is silly. Who cares if they like to run it up to redline, as long as the car is maintained well and not done at *every* shift there's nothing wrong with it.

 

The point im trying to make is street racing isnt cool, thats what the track is for...and whats even cooler is street racing in a car you are trying to sell...

I must say this has to be the dumbest thing I've heard in this post. Who the hell owns an Integra Type R and doesn't beat on it? Weather you raced it in the street or the track the car is still beat on. Stop tryin to knock on people's threads.

 

WOW this is a crazy thread. RJ. to you I agree, yes street racing is gay, but running to the top of second at 12am (a freaking typo before you jerks) in an unpopulated area is exceptable. Man noone said anything when someone from the R forum raced a ferrari TAPED IT and post it. Just because its a ferrari its ok?? Whatever. And for the person said I'm beating on my car, don't make me laugh, it doesn't rev to 9k for me to shift at 5 right? I just came here to ask a simple question and not get lectured. And RJ I called him the "voice of reason" cause he wasn't scared to say, YES I have raced, not all the time but I have done it. To me his honesty is worth more than all the bitching I recieved.
