DC National Tour - Need a tire warmer and some cash? Here's your chance!
Hey everyone, I am signed up to run the DC Tour in HS. But after my less than stellar showing in the grocery getter at Petersburg, I thought I'd see if any of you single driver cars might be interested in warm tires and some expense money. I've been autocrossing for six years now and have co-driven with quite a few H-T 'ers at big events. I'd prefer a well set up car that can at least compete well in it's class. A Type R, Civic Si, MINI, or Celica GT would be great options for me as I have driven similar cars in anger at previous events. Feel free to PM me or post interest here. Sorry for the Spam, but I wasn't sure where else to post this.
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

i would offer, but i am not going to have any co-drivers till i start trailering to events. my car likes to break, and i would not want it to break on anyone else (otherwise i'd prob have a fit....) sorry.

Heh, he'll eventually get his own competitive car hopefully in the not TOO distant future. In the meanwhile, someone give him something fairly quick to drive. He's a good driver, he's beaten me in my car before and I'd have no qualms about handing my keys over to him again. Hook a brother up!

Man, thanks for the reference bro! It never hurts to see what is available. Plus I have a little money stashed away that could help grease the keys so to speak. If not, I'll put my stock wheels on a MazdaSpeed Protege from the dealer and run HS. Nobody would know.

Man... If I had a set of hoosiers, I'd be for it... damn...
Actually, Scott, don't you already run 225/50/15 front and 205/50/15 rear? Want to buy a set to use on my car for the event and you can keep the tires?

Hey Rob..forgot to update my address. My new e-mail is Conemasher@attbi.com. Jesse - I appreciate the offer, but I'm on 205 Kumhos, and when they're gone the Protege gets retired (not as in new tires either...LOL). Thanks for the replies guys!
