So its only been home a week since my best friends flew out to AZ so we could drive my 00 civic back to Mass for the summer and all work on our cars and takem to the track. And what happens last night? some piece of **** throws a glass beer bottle through my rear winshield shattering it to bits. now i have to sit on my *** and ****** wait till its fixed. My goal now is to find the ******* responsible and put a hole in his face like he put a hole through my winshield. just wanted to share with everyone here cause we r all **** bout our rides and u guys prob understand the pain and anger im feelin right now.

Usually we try to keep things more tech-related in here with the exception of stoeln Civic topics, but since you're new and having a shitty time already I'll let it slide bro.



At least they didn't kick dents in the car or something worse. Glass is replaceable fairly easily, even though it's expensive and the mess you have to clean up is a big one.

I am one of his friends that drove back to mass from AZ it took us 39 hours with only 1 stop that we took to sleep for 6 hours. It was a good time but the Apexi GT-spec w/o a silencer was ridiculously obnoxious and loud, very hard to sleep but all and all it was a good time.

 

39 hours?!?! that is one hell of a road trip!

not only crappy weather, but crappy roads too! Only state with crappy roads through our whole trip.

Oh and 39 hours wasn't that bad with 4 drivers. We drove 5 hour shifts, and then would sleep for the next 5, and so on. Of course, I am the unlucky one who gets the ticket on that trip. new mexico cops 82 in a 75, can you believe that?

 

yeah if I had to do it again with my friends I would want to take an SUV and just relax, never again 4 people stuffed in a 00 EX

 

im gonna have to drive back myself at the end of the summer, unless i have enough money left over to ship it. either way is gonna blow ***** , but at least the team is together for the summer.

 

That sucks man. Dealing with thieves and vandals seems to be more and more a part of owning a nice honda these days.

Me and my brother both had CRXs and we have to park on the street. Well, we come out one moring and some ******* had thrown cinder blocks through both of out back windows! My neighbor saw the car and it was a "little black car with a loud exhaust". So it was a fellow "car enthusiast" who had done this.

You'd think that someone who was into cars knows how much we like our rides and how much time, love, and energy we put into them! Then again, that may be the very reason they **** with them in the first place, because they are jealous or just want to **** up someones hard work.

My EG that I own now has also had two broken windowns and MANY MANY lurkers shining flashlights inside to check it out.
