How do you know?
this might be a simple question to some but how do you know when you gota rotate and/or balance and/or (etc) your tires?
when i'm on the highway and i'm at about 110 km/h my wheel isnt like still, or is it like that when my car is lowered?
i drive a 91 teg gs sedan and its on h&r race with 16" advan rg's wrapped in t1-s if that makes a difference...
thanks for any comments..

If you don't have a camber kit, I'd suggest getting one, or else you'll be rotating, (and buying new tires), more often than usual. Are you riding on your stock shocks as well?
I'd say every 10K or so miles would be a good interval to rotate tires.
