Default GSR tranny

I did a search and couldn't find anything. I was cruising last night at around 120km/h and was at 3500 rpm. I have a JDM 2nd gen B16a with a 1999 GSR tranny. Is that correct? With a GSR tranny should I be at 3500rm at 120 km/h???

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

That's pretty damn close. I'm at almost 4k at 120km/h.
