accord v6 fit preludes?
will/does the V6 from the accords fit into the 4th/5th gen preludes with relative ease as the f22 does? and also, did it ever come with a manual tranny, if not, does the F/H trannies bolt up? just something i was thinking about.
no it doesnt, no the trannys wont bolt up, no it never had a manual until this year. also the h22 would be much better than any accord v6 except the latest one with 240 hp, but still it would not be worth it.

No, it won't work, but he's not the only one that ever thought about the Accord V6 or CL Type S V6 with a twin turbo. And no, not just because it sounds cool. Large single turbos generate lots of power but they're laggy as hell, and a properly tuned sequential TT can make just as much power.
I just read last month about the 1st TT Supra I've ever heard of that dyno'd over 850 whp (w/2 off-the-shelf HKS turbos), there's a TT NSX in this months SCC that dynos over 1000 whp, and the Exvitermini Skyline dynos at over 1200 whp, at less than 70% boost. It's not just for hype, it's for real. Do some research before you flame dude.
Yeah ok, so he's dreaming, but hey in my dreams my Lude is a V6 TT AND AWD, so...

actually a single turbo set up will get you bigger gains, and proper tuning will reduce the lag...why do u think all the TT cars are switched to a single turbo setup when theyre ready to make some serious power..later

That's what I always thought too dude (single vs twin) until just recently, but a handful of cars has convinced me that it can be done. IMO all the tuning in the world is not going to make a T78/88/etc spool up quickly, even if it's a ball-bearing turbo.
I need to go through my friend's desk and find that magazine with the TT Supra in it. I have heard of #'s as high or higher than his, but they were all single turbos. Single turbo whp in a twin sequential set-up; the best of both worlds, sweet.

Yea, but we'll see who pulls away at top end.
I'd say TT could be better for the 1/4 because it has less turbo lag and single turbo conv. is better for higher speeds. BUT then again if you have so much HP/Trq you would want a single turbo so you won't have AS MUCH traction prob. because you have turbo lag.(esp for fwd cars
)
I still say single turbo is better.
IMO

yea but single turbos will own soon cuz of the new gen of turbos are series which are going to produce more power then a tt setup. cuz with twin turbo you lose the same on each for atm pressure but on the series you only lose once so they are coming out with new turbos with dual compressors that are already in trucks but soon will be availible for us. also on the v6 note both of those motors accord and type s are sohc so suck to tune
