My car has almost the exact same mods as yours. Same exhaust, header, intake, and high-flow cat. Next thing I'm going to do is replace the clutch and flywheel. My vote go with some skunk2 stage 2 cams.

Honestly, it is hard to go fast on any N/A 4-cylinder. The only way you'll get a decent amount of power while maintaining a street car is to go with nitrous or forced induction.
There's plenty of options, but make sure whichever way you go, don't do it cheap and do it right.

NOS is the system not the fuel.
It is nitro. Ever since Fast and the Furious people refer to nitrous itself as NOS lol.
Oh and keep the 17's. Just spend what you were going to originally spend and buy what makes you happy. I would make a plan of whether or not you want to go NA or FI.
