blown koni yellow
My passenger side rear shock blew after 2 months of having it on. Dont ask me how it happened. I cant exactly remember if koni had a warranty on the shocks. Anyone happen to know what I should do about this? As is if I have to I will just buy A new one but would rather not have to. BTW I was using the H7R sports with them.

koni YELLOW's have lifetime warranty. give them an e-mail from the website it asks for some questions on the form. ike credit card number. i hear that once you send it they send you a new one really quick and they need the credit card number if it wasn't manufacture defect so that they charge it. but im not sure. They also need vechicle registration then they give you some code or something then you can send it.
I am doing koni waranty right now. I just called and told them my problem. You'd have to fax your vehicle registration and the original receipt for the shocks so they know you bought it and it's for the right car. They'll also take your cc#. They'll send you a new (or rebuilt) one and once you get it, you have to send the blown one to them. If it's your fault, they charge half of the list price, if not, they don't charge you at all.
