I am trying to build a 92 si honda prelude and make 550 to 650 horse power on weekends and turn it down on the street i would like to know what is the best wastegate i can get for what i am trying to do i have been looking in to the tial 46mm, turbo smart 45mm and hks gt.

All of the one's you listed are good units though. Just stay away from anything from Turbonetics. Tial's pretty popular on HT

 

I use the hKS, it holds the b00st the best imo.

There is a porsche shop here in arizona that, i believe uses a lot of TiAl wastegates on theirs and custom's race cars.

don't know about hks but heard they are just as good. duno for sure tho.

They are about the same, but in what I have witnessed the hks holds the boost beteer I have seen more spiking on tial's but It doesnt mean that they aren't good, it is just what I have witnessed.
