Default Solutions for KAAZ "chattering?"

Hey guys, when I put the B18C5 block in, I added a KAAZ LSD to the tranny to help put the power down. I'm about 2000 miles into this thing, and its still making a LOT of noise. I used KAAZ + topped it off with BG Synchroshift when we first put it in. We just disassembled the tranny to fix some minor bugs and didnt have a full can of KAAZ, so we used 2 quarts of BG and topped it off with the rest of the KAAZ fluid. Someone suggested Golden Spectro gear oil, something about its very popular for motorcycle gearboxes. Anyone else fixed this problem, or is it just the price of owning a KAAZ? Dont get me wrong, I absolutely love the thing and really really dont want to get rid of it, I just want to try and quiet it down a little. Even if it doesn't totally disappear... just so people on opposite street corners dont hear me . Since we added the new fluid last time, I've taken it into parking lots for about 15 minutes at a time and done figure 8's... it goes away after about 15 minutes, but I dont have the luxury of being able to do that before I go out everytime. Should I just take it out time and rip into it for 45 minutes or something? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help. EV.

Ford Friction Modifier about $4 for a 4oz. bottle. Works wonders

I heard that AMS gear oil can help reduce the noise made by the KAAZ. But I haven't try it personally yet. I am using one can of KAAZ oil and fill up the rest with Honda MTF, there is only very little chattering noise now. I am happy with it!!

you should break in the LSD if it is new..by doing figure 8s....at less than or around 20kph....

for about 20-30mins..continuous....and then change the oil.....

Amsoil 80W90...GL4 is what I use and so far it has proven to be pretty good. I will try Endless after my supply of 80W90 is out.
