I think that's a Spoon X-brace for the S2k

i remember seeing that also. im pretty sure it was a spoon made one, but forgot what car it was for. you can porb get one for Stich, gyrl22

 

i've seen somethign like that but on ebay for like $60 usd... not sure how well that piece is made, but it looked pretty identical to that...

yeah, it's an ebay peice.

Not spoon

Mike at IPS has a few of them. Comes in Stunna Yellow t00

 

Front lower tiebar of some sort methinks.

It is not Spoon.

IM Mike M for more info. He has them for sale, but I recall they were yellow.
