Default Modded GSR vs. Stock Rsx Type S

who do you think would win against a GSR with the basics intake headers and exaust vs. a rsx type S with just intake. Juss wondering getting prepared to run a type S.

you will lose, unless the rsx driver is 10 years old.

If the RSX is mainly stock. My GSR will take it.

All I have is an intake, exhaust, and very little weight reduction.

Done it countless number of times. It's not by much tho. It'd be right on the back of my bumper.

We were all up in the ATL back behind some warehouses a while back. Just goofing off. We thought it'd be funny to do something like F&F. lol So we ran 6 cars at one time.

The line up:
SVT Focus, EP Si Hatch, MY GSR, RSX-S, and a WRX. Later to be joined at the very end by some 13s SLEEPER *** all motor Neon (yeah yea yea) Note, we all ran at the same time.

End result:
WRX
GSR
RSX-S
SVT-Focus (bearly it was so close btwn the EP Hatch!)
EP Hatch

The last run, we all took off and the Neon toasted everyone. Even the WRX. We all just dropped our jaws, b/c that **** looked stock as hell.

So dont say you'll loose unles you've done it. I've only lost to a RSX-S who was pretty decently modified. Full exhaust system, intake, ecu, etc. Toasted me pretty good. I'm pretty sure he would've got my friends Hype R.

ok [/end rant]

They're only a tad faster on the streets. Trust me... 2 of my close friends have Type-S' and when we raced back when I had Intake and Header only, I only lost by a bumper.

I would say race him on a nice warm day. RSX suck in warm weather. When I go to the track on a warm night during the summer, those damn things run steady 16.1s and ****. They hate the slightest bit of warm weather. I have never seen a car that hated the slightest bit of warm air so bad. Same kind of results in SCC a few months ago.

i've seen tons of RSX-s run 16's and 15's. Its all about the driver. If he can drive then your looking at a fast car but if not you will take him. If he can drive then your probably going to lose but not by much. Just race him and practice your skillz
