Screwed Tire!
Someone noticed my tire missing some air and inspected it closer. It turns out a screw was stuck in the center of the treds.
Am I okay for the life of the set of tires to patch up the hole myself via those tire patch kits? They have 1250mi on them. Should I air it up and run down to a local tire place for them to do their tire patching? thanks in advance..

arctic is right, most major tire retailers will fix them for free.
if it is not near the outside 1 to 1.5 in. then it can be patched!
alot of companies won't fix them if they are close to the edge.
however a small town gas station will fix about any tire up w/ a patch if you pay a small fee for their time.
good luck!
also buy a insurance binder for each tire, it can be bought w/ the miles you have ,they just inspect the ties and...they are about $10.-$12.00 per tire and are worth there weight in gold! caus. if the tire can not be repaired they give you a new one for free! note: you don't have to buy tires from them to buy the road hazard insurance from them!
