CRX Power steering?
man i love having it, i've drove 2 other hatchs without it for over 2 months and still never really cared for it. When your in a parking lot and people around u are fighting for your spot i want to get the hell out of there. and not be trying to turn while my girl is woundering why i'm straining just to get the car to move. I bought my latest hatch, DX auto. fixing to convert it to 5spd. and it has the power steering damn its nice. On the dyno, i've only seen it free up 1-2 HP tops. Its not like a/c where it might take upto 15HP.
personaly i think 1-2HP lose it worth the power steering, in 100 degree TX weather but that is just me.
As far converting i think it could be done, you just gotta switch out the rack tie rods?, run the lines, the "honda power steering cooler" not sure why put honda's have them, but it should work.

NO USDM CRXs came with power steering...not even the DX automatic. was available JDM orEDM but not USDM. however all the parts from a civic hatch or civic four-door will readily swap over...i have seen it done.
