Default GSR pistons into an LS

I heard you could put aftermarket GSR pistons into an LS. what would be the compression ratio be if you had 8.9:1 GSR pistons?

You can put them in your LS. I am not an expert, so I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure that if those pistons give a 8.9:1 CR in a GSR, they would make even lower than that in your LS, like around 8:1. I could be wrong though. .

Because a piston in an LS motor will yield a lower CR than that same piston in a GSR motor.
