Yes the fronts are the same I beleive. Ihave both cars I haven't tried it but they appear to be the same. The rears are obviously worlds aparts though.

No the civic has the filler peice. The CRX does not. Under the corner markers the covers are totally different. Fit mabey, look ghetto definitly.
