The SE and GS are the same...I believe it was called the SE for 94-97 and GS for the 98-01s or something like that but basically they were the same as the LS plus additional options such as rear spoiler, leather, and wheels.

Acura's least-expensive model came in three levels: base RS, luxury LS, and sporty GS-R, each available in both body styles. All Integras have 4-wheel disc brakes, but only the LS and GS-R got standard antilock braking.

Did someone bring up the question "is the ls engine the best to boost?" Don't do that here. The results of the pissing contest will not be worth it. Just do a search, for the love of God just do a search. OH, THE HUMANITY.
By the way I have a 90 GS and it has some 4-wheel speed sensitive ABS. Not sure what it does, but it stops pretty damn good. This was only available on GS models. Just my 2 cents.

Are you implying that the RS does NOT have A/C? If so, then that is incorrect as mine has it and I have an RS.
