Si harness in 88 DX?
What about the si harness plugging into the under dash harness? A friend told me I have to get the exact same year as in 91 for 91 ect. Where as i thought the 90 91 would be the same and the 88-89 would be the same. How did this work out for you? I would be using the SI harness for my 91 DX for my ZC, and plugging it into the under dash DX harness. Do I need to get the 91 or will the 90 work as well with no modifactation?
you cant use the si harness....
I just tryed it for my dx to mpfi swap and the plugs dont match up......
Anyone know how to work around that?
And one more thing, what about the extra wires in the wiring harness plug?
Because i called a shop and asked the guy how much would he charge me to do the dx to mpfi swap and he told me $180 with si harness or $200 with out the si harness....So what does he do to make the si harness work?

I hear that if you want to change the ENTIRE harness, it's possible, as long as you stay within the year of your car. 88 for 88, etc. Big PITA, not worth it. Just do clean wiring job and it'll look stock, like my car.
