headlight clarity
You can seal them off w/ clear silocone, it worked really good on myn. If you want to buff them, get a can of eagle- Never Dull, like a small silver tin can, worked, great my lights came out crystal clear

but to answer your question
take the head lights off
bake them at 350 for bout 10 min make sure you use a cookie sheet..
pry apart, clean.
and when putting back together use clear silicone
and I had great reviews on cleaning the outside of the
lens with toothpaste not that metal polish...
