Like the title says, found out the hard way my apt complex won't let me keep it on my porch and wouldn't even be able to sleep at night if it was out in the parking lot. If you mean 8k RPM-no I haven't even gotten it past6,200 (I'm very **** about breaking in my bikes) but I'll tell ya it's hard showing that much restraint
