Im just curious what people with there B18B1's run in the 1/4, also list your mods. My times and webpage is in my signature... I should be down to 14.3 or 14.4 next week!!!

 

My best was 16.1 @ 83mph

17.1 @ 83 mph! (5800 ft elevation, excessive heat, and craptacular 2.6 sec 60 foot time)

The best I could realistically expect to run is low 16's at this elevation. I wouldn't be surprised if I could break into the 15's with the right conditions, but I'm not a drag racer, so I don't think it'll happen.

This is a LS with I/H/E, btw.

 

my friend had a fully built ls head...crower chit mostly.....he also had itr pistons.. His best time was a 15.5. Not impressive imo

I've had like 4 different people tell me that their LS with just I/H/E ran 15.6 or 15.5 at sea level. Sounds like your friend didn't know what he was doing.

 

About the same as everyone else..but i never ran it when it just had bolt ons..

 

a friend of mine with the same mods i have on his ls ran 15.1 N/A with a 55 shot he did 14.4

 

only have the 1/8 here i got a 10.4 at 66 mph on 1/8 w/ .529 reaction and 2.39 60' with a intake and a weld on exhaust. this is on stock tires at 30-35 psi. someone told me that a stock auto teg ran a 10.5 i still dont believe him

 

b18a1, with nothing but a mugen ecu, 15.4 at 88 mpg more mods now but no track time yet

 

i/h/e for a 15.3 @ 89 mph

As my sig says, 15.6 with intake...Finally got the exhaust on now, we'll see how it runs next weekend, shouldn't make much of a difference...

damn how do you guys get times like that! 15.7 @ 94 MPH with .524rt and i have a B16 head P72 ECU I/H/E and some good suspension.....maybe its because i have some mad traction issues, i feel my tires spinning even when i shift into third

 

15.6 w/ only an intake is pretty damn good for an ls man. not bad! is that on stock tires and stock clutch? Get a few more bolt ons on there and you should be down to low 15's. well done

I ran a 15.2 with my LS. i had IHE and crower 402 cams. Your friend's car needs tuned!

 

last time i went to the rack was in 2001 with i/h/e clutch and fw i lay down a decent 15.5@ 92 with a 2.3 60 ft..... thats with a b18a 91 ls. i know is faster now!!!! i'll find in in about 70 days.........

Ran 15.5 with a bad distributor and clutch. Sold before a second run.

 

16.0 in my auto LS (which is why I want to return it to stock)

 

15.8 was my best time..mods are in my sig..
