Default k&n, spoon, or trust airnixII drop-in filter?

i did search didnt find much.
i have a shitty 98 2dr ex civic and the filter needs changing and want to keep stock box.
which brand is better? and what part number/model do i need? (example ek9 filter)
would it be a good idea to put a bigger hole on the bottom of the box?

BTW know of any websites that sell em cheap? all 3 brands are washable correct?
thanks

k and n, cheaper than the rest and does the same thing. about the hole no just remove the box under the airbox cant remm its name and run a tube from the bottom to somewhere it can get some air. imo

Just get a K&N. Not worth it, IMO, to spend the extra $$$ for the big name one.
