Coil Overs?
The term "coil-over" is a little misleading but what it normally refers to is when a threaded sleeve is placed over the shock absorber. The spring perch is adjustable up and down along that sleeve. Some coil-over set-ups use a spring that is smaller in diameter and as a result, the upper spring perch has to be changed to match.
I'm using the Neuspeed Koni shocks and they come with a set of five grooves on the shock body and it enables you to set different locations for the lower spring perch.
The big difference here is that it's not possible for me to change the height without taking the whole thing apart. This is something that I'm willing to deal with. I'm not going to be changing it once happy.
