Default Code 41

How do I correct my a code 41? Primary Oxygen heater malfunction- Would that have anything to do with a cracked exhaust manifold?

make sure the wires are all ok, and not pinched/exposed...

also, you should check and make sure the o2 sensor is in the manifold tight, and not loose

I had this code, replaced the O2 sensor and check engine light was gone. in your case fix the manifold first.
