Look what I found! (regarding number of '97-'98 ITR's)
I don't know if this has been posted ever before, but I found this in a folder of stuff that came with my car (from the previous owner). It looks to be the number of '97 and '98 ITR's distributed to the U.S. dealerships.
Just thought some of you would enjoy seeing this...
Nice document.
I believe although they are high number ITR's for that year that it is possible that there are numbers missing that cause them to go up higher.
For example #1-100 might only include 90 ITRs.

I would bet my money on that too. Although you may have 1027, it doesn't mean that 1026 or 1025 went to the USDM.

hmm looks like a 5 year old sigend that..
anyways wehn i got my car the guy had two 2000 py itrs, the vin was one number off from each other but the production numbers were 4 numbers off of each other...
