WTF This Type-R don't depreciate at all !!!!
Some of you might remember I was looking at a PY '01 ITR that was traded-in at a local Honda Dealer. It is in excellent condition....problem is the dealer wants a lot of $$$ for the car.
This cars were sold new HERE for around $33K-35K because of taxes (my '00 SI cost $24K). Last month they wanted $35k, this month they dropped to $32K cause no one wants it. Still thats a lot of money

yeah.. in the US a 97 itr still sells for about 15k. losing only 7k in value over 7 years is an excellent depreciation rate.

Thats comes out to around 7%.
The average is a little more than double that as stated here:

type-r do pedreicate slowly and that is why leasing them new was so cheap (thank to the acura accounting department) . basically it only costs 1000$ a year to drive this amazing car if you bought it new...that is less than $100 dollars a month
