Default Cold air intake for ITR??????

Just checked mini dyno for intakes on itr's, I just purchased an aem, is it junk? My buddies have them on their gsr's and love them. Why such bad performance posts, worse than stock intake-but with no box?Let me know before I install.

Becasue you can justify a cai intake on the dyno, there are many variables with it especially when you are driving the car at speeds. It gave me .1 in the quarter mile and the sound is awesome
