Default Hondata - for bolt on's?

Just wondering since I have only reviewed the Hondata websites and not talked to many who use it. Is hondata much more efficient in tuning an n/a car with bolt-on's than something like a vafc? This is just on a car with bolt-on's I/H/E. If the hondata will yeild more power, about how much are we talkin?
