well i got the recaro srd seats and my driver side seat hits the door. i think its my rails b/c they are generic, but i was wondering if people with the SRD and recaro sliders and rails have this problem. if you could help me out thanks!

 

Mine touches the cloth insert. It mats it a little, but I don't really care to toss a monkey.

 

My rails (Wedge Eng.) aren't exactly centered.

 

I have the EXACT same problem....i have the Wedge rails...

 

mine did the same **** with generic rails..

Seem Wedge don't make the cut, so u better find some JDM market ones, its worth the price.

I have a set of JDM ITR rails if anyone is interested...

 

My SRD's touched the door along the side bolster, i never paid any attention to it.

did u have recaro sliders and rails? if so did u have USDM or JDM?

 

does anybody have USDM recaros SRD on JDM sliders and rails? does it fit with out modification? do the seats hit the doors? on a integra. thanks

 

USDM Recaro Sliders fit JDM Recaros seats NO PROBLEM.....I've had them, Joe (zero zero typer) has had them also, perfect fit.

I figure if you can use USDM sliders w/ JDM Recaro's there should be no reason why you wouldnt be able to use JDM sliders w/ usdm seats, but i may be wrong.

 

Instead of just getting the JDM sliders, get the Vision rails. They will lower your seat a few centimeters and they are centered so that the seat doesn't rub against the door. I don't know how much of a performance difference it makes to have your center of gravity lowered a few centimeters but for me at least my legs don't bang against the bottom of the steering wheel anymore.
