Default Need help on rim size ASAP!

ok I have a 95 civic I'm looking to buy a set of 18x7.5 with 42mm bolt pattern with a 4-100/4-114.3 lug pattern, will these with a correct set of tires fit on my car?

I understand where your coming from 100% Kamin, 18's on a civic is pretty ridiculous and offers pretty much no performance oriented gains whether its autox or open track. However the fact remains that this a site for honda technical question to be answered and I don't appreciate my post being dismissed just because its someones belief that something is ricey or unsuitable for a civic. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

civics have a 4X100mm lug pattern, it will bolt on, and +40 off set is perfect for the civic, BUT 7.5" wide wheels that are 18" in diameter will most likely rub

18's r way to big. if ur goin for looks then maybe but if u take that thing to the track ull get shitty times. if i were u id stick to 15-16 rims thats the best way to go for a civic. its gonna look crappy with 18

you REAlly cant expect to ask this and not get some crap handed to you at honda tech.....

they will rub...... save your money and buy some 15s or 16s and put the leftover into your engine and call it a day.....

are 17's too much, i was really thinkin about gettin those, but i just dont want a lot of tire to look at thats why was leaning towards 17s rather than 16, and it is a sedan so its a bit bigger looking.

18x7.5 will rub if you civic is lowered and you will need a 215/35/18 tire to use 18's.if you are wanting to do 17x7.5 it will still rub if you car is lowered,17x7 will not rub as much but still a little if your car is lowered with 17 inch rims you can use 205/40/17 or a 215/40/17.

a way you can help stop rubbing is to roll your fenders in a little bit and to remove the rubber strip on the rear 1/4 it will help cut down rubbing.
