Repairing front lip

I have an Accord Coupe which has a cracked front lip. Any suggestions on the best way to repair it?

Is this the stock urathane type bumper? You could easy fix it with some resin of some kind.

Yes - it is the stock kind. Just bought it today and it was already torn - couldn't get the dealer to budge since they had listed the car in the newspaper for $2000 less than it should have been.
