Default 2003 Accord

I just received my injec CAI and was wondering do I need to reset the ecu and if so how do I go about that. Thanks for any input.

take the negative off the battery, have some friend to step on the brake for few seconds, wait about 5-10 min and put the battery back on.
start the car and dont rev on it for 10 min.

i touched the neg. and pos. battery cables together to reset the ECU on my 2001 chevy silverado when i put a chip in. it's what a mechanic told me to do.

as far as i know, comptech already has an application (cat back exhaust).
