axle nut size??

I tried putting a 32 nut from my car and it didnt fit on her axle, which isnt in the car yet. do you think it could be a larger I.D. on the nut but the same size socket??

Yeah its 36mm for sure.. You might as well buy a set because for the single socket its going to cost damn near the same for a set.
