I'm no expert - in fact, my knowledge in this isn't that great - but I don't get how a 96 Accord is worth less than 94 Prelude... unless I'm missing something obvious...

checkout the condition of the prelude... 158k is a lot of miles, esp w/ a slipping clutch. There could be many other things wrong or maintenence due for it which will cost you more $$$ int he near future than you realize.

but then again, his accord is "DX"...and to canada, thats the "LX"...edition, (which is what i have) and it basically has nothing in it except A/C and power steering hehehe! the vtec prelude is fully loaded and comes with leather if im not mistaken!

definately something to think about!...but like Mr.CL hubs said, the lude has lots and lots of miles on it!...

i would sell the aftermarket goodies, then sell it stock to him, that way, u can still use the rims for ur new lude, should u decide to wanna trade still!
