2000 Type R Springs in an LS?
No way man! J/K
Seriously, please do a search on this before posting.
Type R springs will fit a bunch of cars, including all 3rd gen integras, some civics, and probably other hondas too!
As far as how they will work with your stock shocks is debateable. Since the Type R springs are not too stiff (I forget the exact spring rates, I think 240 f, 190-240 rear progressive, or something close to that) they might wear your stock shocks a little faster but you can run them just fine. I used ITR springs with stock shocks for a few months until I went with Konis. It makes a great spring/shock combo IMO.
