Default time to rebuild or swap engine

I have a 95 integra ls 2dr it has 130k miles on it. would i be better off rebuilding the engine(cams, cam shafts, retainer springs, port polish, valves) or dropping in a new engine b18c1 and building on that down the road. I realize the second option would be significantly more expensive but what would be a better use of my money. i am a freshmen in college and work partime at two jobs so money is NOT(sorry if you replied earlier i forgot to place the NOT there) growing on trees

But the question is, do uwant to pay for the new engine, then add on mods from there, or just rebuild...I say if you wanna spend the money, go for the new engine, but if u want to have money left over, then re-build it It's really all upto you

i say u go with the new engine though

You'll love the new engine.
