piston question here
are the d16a6 and the d15 dx pistons the same. will the interchange. i need to know cause i need a piston and rod in my hatch and i have a few dx pistons. and the kinda look alike. i need to know if they will interchange.
from what i have seen, pistons will be stamped with a letter then 2 numbers. see if they are stamped and if the stamp matches.
as for the rod, i am not sure if they are the same.

I thought that the pistons were more domed on the DX? Dont quote me on it but thats what I thought?? As for the rods the rods are shorter in the DX since it has a shorter stroke.

ok, thought so, but wasn't 100% sure. its been a while since i've seen OEM rods.
