Those would be nice for 1/4mi tracks. I wouldn't use them to lower the car for everyday driving though.

they are a PITA to install- I have to use them for teh time being to raise my car- I lowered my hatch using Neusepeed springs & my stock ones got thrown out- well my rear tires were rubbing so I used those as a temporary fix. kinda ghetto, but it works

I used those way back in 90-91 to lower my Sentra. The threads kept stripping. I hated those things so I did the next best ghetto mod- I cut the springs. I advise against that also.

for the price and time you'd pay for those I'd just save up and get some lowering springs. you can get a good set from Ebay or on here for around $150

Those are for your classic belt tightener. Go get some Sprint's in your choice of a 2" or a 3" drop for $135 at http://www.ardperformance.com I stand by these springs.

reading your post brought back some memories for me......regarding raising your car and not wanting to switch out springs....."back in the day" read early 80's......we got burned all the time for lowered cars and we too tired using those PITA pieces of junk and got tired of wrenching..........our solution to get the quick fix-it ticket taken care of was to raise our cars with a jack and then stuff a piece of 2x4 between the springs and drive on down to the station and get johnny law to inspect (yeh, all he did was look out the door) and write it off. It worked. Ha ha
