Open the pic up in paint. Click image, stretch/skew or Ctrl+W. Then lower the percentage of stretch. Hope that helps.

I just bought my digi camera and I can't figure out how to shrink pix. I want to shrink this one to avatar size and I also want to learn for future reference. Thanks.
