Ok... my friend and I were arguing about parts... I say that you can get a new greddy header for a 99 si and slap it on an EF hybrid... then he gets mad, and tells me that you can't put gsr cams on an EF, nor can you put Civic Type R cams or pistons on... he was really into this argument, so now I doubt myself... I've searched the board, and so far I'm right... but just to be sure B16 series (1 thru 3 and the B16B) engines can swap parts thruought, and all B series can swap around cams right? I don't care if I'm right, I just wanna know the truth!!! eeeeekk.. annway please help... thanks! and no yellin at me!

 

b series vtec parts are interchangeable. few exceptions
b series non vtec parts are interchangable. few exceptions

some more stuff to it but yeah.. gsr itr b16 cams are interchangeable.

 

haha... awesome... so I could actually stick Civic Type R pistons in a B16A1
