I just wanna know what the ZC guys are posting at the track... just to compare.
So go ahead and post your times and your trap speed, and if you want the setup also.

Thanks.

Last time I ran was about 1 year ago, right after I got the ZC in. I did a shitty 15.9 @ 89.3mph. BUT that was with the HF tranny(I passed the 1/4 in 2nd gear ) with stock wheels/tires(bald)/and the stock clutch. So now I don't feel that bad about it.

I just got the car runing Saturday... doing the break-in and I ordered the S-AFC Wenesday. so those times WILL drop...

I dont think the ZC is a bad motor for a budget, if your trying to get to anything past 13s w/o being bulit, I would go B series. I like the ZC tho. Especially the D15 SOHC one.

I ran a 9.90 the first time at the track with my zc. It had i/h/e and a centerforce pressure plate with a oem disc. Did I mention this was on an 1/8th mile track .

I expect between 11.70 to 12.2 with my ZC. Right know i'm assembling it as i type. I'd list my mods, but there are too many prying eyes on H-T. No body kit crap, no flash, just all speed. Let's just say so far there's 8 g's into it and my car cost me $150.

Goal is about 450ish at the wheels with my built zc... Hopefully get a 10 sec pass off this year

The never ending race car just keeps eating my funds, not to mention the daily driver that I cant stop spending money on... I think I have a problem, lol

Looks like your a little low on brake fluid
Its nice to see an engine bay with only an engine and well brakes of course...What are you planning on doing for wiring since well there is none??

The intake manifold is custom built, we chopped off the factory ZC flange and welded runners directly to the end of it, I took measurements off a STR b-series manifold, so it looks really similar.

80mm GMC Throttle body, 950cc Venom Injectors, STR fuel rail, running a T4 60-1 Q trim turbo, w/ a Tial 40mm wastegate, equal length manifold yada yada ... Going to run 18-25ish psi.

"Looks like your a little low on brake fluid" -

No ****? thats funny, since the car hasnt even moved in a year, I will be sure to check that on my way to the grocery store..

"Its nice to see an engine bay with only an engine and well brakes of course...What are you planning on doing for wiring since well there is none??

Ahh, but you cannot see.... All the wiring is actually there.. every sensor is all plugged in, the harness is routed through a different spot on the firewall, along with the fuse box that is inside as well. Reason behind that is, well you can kinda see where we are going to cut out a section of the firewall to route charge pipes, The Air-water IC will be mounted where the stock ECU use to sit at.

I honestly have no idea when this car is going to get done, its like not really a big priority anymore, once you boost a b-series, you never wanna go back to D-series

Has anyone mentioned to you that you are mad man for putting a T4/60-1 on a ZC? I like it.

lol, oh Sonny, you know someone had to do it, might as well be me right? btw, remember how I was talking about doing some block posting in the ls/vtec turbo (incar) well lets just say the ls/vtec didnt make it, lol I cracked a sleeve pretty badly, so I went ahead and bought a B20b longblock, starting over, I posted this one up like my ZC.
