RC injectors making funny noise

RC injectors making funny noise
does anyone have this problem? when i turn my car on (to the position where everything works 'cept car's not running). my injector(s) is/are making like this buzz noise. i dunno if it's a defect or not...

They're RC 550s w/ a honda resister box. They hum really loud. Its not completely constant either....when we unpluged the resister box (so the injectors weren't conected to anything) they stopped so its def. them.
