good bay area shops to do turbo install..
i'm pretty sure dsr (dyno spot racing) would do a good job.
For the most part, exact motorsports does a decent job on installing bolt on parts. The shop is clean and the ppl there don't seem to be shady. You can give them a call

Dynospot racing can do custom fabricating. They are doing full tube chasis cars in house. TIG welds.

Check out Redzone Performance in San Jose. They'll do anything from Turbo fab to All motor buildup. Good prices too. http://www.redzoneperformance.com
Just out of curiosity, about how much does it cost to have a kit installed? If you are trying to save money, can you just get a bunch of parts and get them installed? I am still doing research on wether or not I want a turbo. It seems a T25 will spool up quickly and give you power in the usable daily driving range. Any Opinions?
