Using Honda MTF right now - but I've heard great things about GM Synchromesh fluid, so I may try that out the next time I drain my tranny.

If you're going to use regular 10w-30 motor oil, make sure you use natural oil and not synthetic.

Honda MTF all the way. I run 10w-40 regular when I can't make it to honda, but I always change it immediately to MTF.

I'm using Red Line manual transmission fluid, I think it's semi synthetic or full synthetic.

has this helped you at all? My 3rd gear is starting to grind a little and my friend keeps telling me to switch to that...I currently use Honda MTF.

I don't think the BG will make it any better, but I think it will help it from getting any worse. As long as you don't keep grinding (if you were).

The honda dealer told me to use 5w30. So thats what I used. Is this bad?
