Not everyone is a tuner that thinks there car is wroth 5K more than it actually is. The guy could be just trying to get more than the dealer offered him as a trade in. There could be something wrong with it though, only way to find out would be to contact the seller.

Seriously some people just want to get rid of their car, I saw a guy with a type r with the whole mugen catolog literally on it, sell it his for 15-16k.

talk to the owner here's the bad part about the car
the clutch is slipping
the car got a big dent on the quarter pannel (accident)
car been painted to yellow was white dents here and there
rims was painted gunmetal
the car is been beating on (power sterring belt and a/c belt was taking off)
that's why the car is so cheap!

this car has been beatin on MANY TIMES! ive seen this car at the street plenty of times and my friends LS integra hangs with it..and he originally bought it for 13k
