Just when I thought my car was running perfect

I drove about 1hr today came home turned off the car for about 15 mins, started it up and it was bit chocked up, went down the road and check engine light came on. I pulled over let it sit for 3 mins started it up again and drove for about 15 mins with no check engine. Got back home to check the code and it seems like its just flashing flashing, no pause?! Anyone have a clue? I know 1 code is oxygen content "dont know what that means though".

My setup is a ZC with a Si ECU chipped by Zdyne. Running a Greddy turbo. The check engine light did not come on during boost either.

HELP!

 

Code 1 (oxygen content) is for a bad O2 sensor.
Should be a simple fix
